Cleveland B. McGirt

Pastor Cleveland B. McGirt is an anointed and powerful man of God. He is one that brings forth an in season message to the people for such a time as this. Pastor McGirt teaches directly by the power of the Holy Ghost. He is also one that believes in praying and fasting.

Pastor McGirt was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He grew up with a very anointed and powerful woman of God as a mother and a father that believed in taking care of his family. After going through some hardships in life Pastor McGirt contemplated suicide, but God showed himself to be real through the tears of Pastor McGirt.

Pastor McGirt accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior on one Saturday evening in 1999 and has not been the same since. He was called by God through Bishop Andrew Potter in 2000 at the Potter's House Reconstructive Center, and served faithfully under Bishop Potters teaching. In 2002 Pastor McGirt resigned from the Potter's House Reconstructive Center to accept a mission of great works from God at Straight Life Church Of God, Pentecostal. In addition he was appointed the youngest President of the Executive Board ever in Straight Life in their history of sixty-five years, musician, Sunday school teacher, youth minister and new members counselor. Pastor and Lady McGirt were also over the marriage ministry. Pastor McGirt held these positions until 2004 at which time he received Word from God that his mission was complete. From this time Pastor awaited direction from God. In waiting he accepted numerous appointments to do what he does best..... Preach and Teach the Word of God!!!

On Sunday, January 15, 2006 early in the morning Pastor McGirt was instructed by God to begin Living In Truth Church in Christ which is now Living In Truth Church International,Inc. Pastor McGirt was given the name of the minstry three years prior to its birth. Just in six months Living In Truth grew from seven souls to twenty two. God is on the move.
